Payment
Payment is secure through Stripe or PayPal with your credit/debit card. If you have a PayPal account you can also log in and use your PayPal balance.
Course Enrolments
Enrolments in any of our courses are confirmed via email once full payment has been received. Full payment is required upfront before commencing the course. If you believe you have enrolled in a course but have not received any emails from us, please contact us for assistance.
Extending Course Enrolment Time
We understand that life can get in the way, so under special circumstances we can extend course access for members for a reduced fee. If you need to extend the time on your course enrolment, please contact us to discuss the options.
Course Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations/refunds on course enrolments are only available prior to the commencement of the course. Once the course begins and passwords are given to members, you cannot receive a refund on a cancellation.
If you cancel prior to the start of the course, your cancellation will incur a 20% admin fee, deducted from the total refund amount. Cancellations are not available for change of mind.
Conduct of Students & Members in Course Discussion Areas
At Say! Little Hen we are proud to have cultivated a warm, friendly environment that welcomes and encourages knitters to join in the conversation and community during our courses, knit-alongs and other online events.
Members are encouraged to interact with each other in the course discussion areas, located in the ‘Comments’ under each module.
Rules for posting comments & content are as follows:
Straying off-topic in public discussion areas is tolerated in most occasions, but members are encouraged to engage with each other privately if lengthy discussions about irrelevant subjects are to be engaged in. Say! Little Hen reserves the right to remove any content at any time without warning.
Comments containing political views or references in any form will not be tolerated in any instance and will be removed without warning.
The use of explicit or degrading language in regard to any person or subject is not tolerated within the class discussion. Any comments containing explicit language or content deemed harmful, harassing or damaging will be removed.
Say! Little Hen has zero tolerance for discrimination or bullying of any kind, pertaining to any person. Discrimination or bullying (including name calling) will not be tolerated in any form. Members who engage in this behaviour will have their content removed. In severe cases the offending member will be un-enrolled from the course(s) without warning.
If you feel threatened or uncomfortable with the conduct of another member please contact us via email immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Accessing Online Courses
Members need a reliable internet connection to be able to access the online course content (videos, etc.). Our videos are displayed in a high quality format as they are instructional videos and need to be clear to view.
Members should be able to access the course on mobile or desktop devices connected to the internet. If you have trouble viewing the course content, we recommend trying a different source of internet.
While every care has been taken to ensure the ease of access to our courses, due to internet connection speeds and variations from region to region Say! Little Hen cannot accept responsibility for users ability to access the online courses.
